Jonathan grew up in a small town called Granite City in Illinois. Throughout life he has been passionate about being apart of a team. He played baseball and football but, unable to pass his sports physicals, made him unable to accept his athletic scholarships. He put off college and pursued landscaping but had a desire for that team environment and ability to grow. He started in sales in 2019 after relocating to St.Louis and since then has continued to grow in his career by mentoring and developing a team of sales professionals. He opened Motivus Marketing Group in September of 2023 where he has continued to have a team mindset off the field helping him to become a mentor to others who are looking to start their careers. Jonathan is dedicated to helping others reach his goals and one day plans to buy his mom, his biggest motivation and supporter, a million dollar house.
Ashley has gained valuable experience working in multiple countries and cultures. Ashley is skilled in adapting to new environments and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals. She loves to bring her global expertise to a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values diversity and innovation. Her underprivileged childhood made her a passionate advocate for equality and social justice. She is deeply committed to being a figurehead for females and people who come from poverty, and believes in demonstrating that all things are possible with determination and support. Her ultimate goal is to own a non-profit organization that provides shelter and care for the unhoused, creating a safe and supportive environment while empowering individuals to rebuild their lives. Ashley is dedicated to inspiring others to make a difference and promoting equality and opportunity for all.
